The route

Day 01: Kathmandu- Pokhara (1350-820m), 7 hours in a tourist bus/ Possibility of taking the plane.
Day 02: Pokhara- Jomsom (820m-2700m) by plane and walk to Kagbeni- the entrance to Mustang (2800m) 3-4h.
Day 03: Kagbeni-Chaile (2800-3050m), 6 hours of walking.
Day 04: Chaile-Ghilling (3050-3570m), 7 hours walk.
Day 05: Ghilling-Dhakmar (3570-3650m), 6 hours walk.
Day 06: Dhakmar -Tsarang (3650-3600m), 3 hours walk.
Day 07: Tsarang- Lo-Manthang (3600-3750m), 5 hours of walking, and afternoon visit to the historic capital.
Day 08: Lo-Manthang- Quiet walk to the Chosar valley, 5 hours return.
Day 09: Lo-Manthang- Ghami (3750-3300m), 6h30 walk.
Day 10: Ghami-Sangmoche (3300-3700m), 5h30 walk.
Day 11: Sangmoche-Chuksang (3700-2950), 5h30 walk.
Day 12: Chuksang- Muktinath (2950-3800m), 6 hours of walking, a pass of 4100 to cross.
Day 13: Muktinath- Jomsom (3800-2700m), 5h30 walk.
Day 14: Jomsom-Pokhara by plane, afternoon rest or visit to Pokhara.
Day 15: Pokhara-Kathmandu return in a tourist bus/Possibility to take the plane.
